Gorgeous Color, Terrible Fit I love the color of this jacket, but the sizing must be off. I typically order a SMALL at The Limited, but a SMALL in this jacket looks like a MEDIUM or even a LARGE! It is way too big and way too boxy. The color is just what I was looking for, so I won't be returning it. However, I plan to wear sweaters (chunky ones!) underneath it to fill in all that extra space! December 19, 2012
Cute and comfortable This coat is a beautiful color with soft material so it's not scratchy at all. It's not very heavy, so doesn't work as a winter coat, but is still warm enough for winters in the south. It has a great shape and I've already gotten lots of compliments! December 18, 2012
Not a great fit I purchased this because of the color and that didn't disappoint, but the fit was way too boxy for me and wasn't substantial enough to keep me warm, so sadly I returned it. November 3, 2012
Banded Modern Jacket This jacket is gorgeous. The color is vibrant and as pictured. The sleeves are a little long, but I have long arms. The fit is perfect. First time I wore it, I received great compliments. I love this jacket. October 17, 2012
Sadly Disappointed I had such high hopes for this jacket. Since it's an online exclusive, I wasn't able to try it on in-store so I took my chances by ordering it. The magenta color and the bold black buttons is what caught my attention. I thought it would be a great statement piece for fall. Upon receipt, I tried it on and was so disappointed. It has a boxy fit with no shaping whatsoever. It just "hung" on me. Like the previous reviewer indicated, it's made of the same material as some of the suiting separates that The Limited has created in the last year or so (see pictures of examples). There's nothing wrong with the fabric, it just didn't make sense for this jacket. The concept was great but the finished product just didn't make the cut in my opinion. EHHHH! I thought this was a fall jacket when I ordered it. Well it's definatly nor. It's made out of the the same fabric that many skirts and jackets are made from at The Limited. So if you were to go outside and it rained, you will have spots all over. I love the fit of this jacket and the Color is breathtaking, but I just don't see me wearing this much, since I live in NY and we get lots and lots of rain. I wish that this jacket was made out of wool. So Sad :( October 12, 2012
