Great fit, cute, but shiny, mustard yellow
I still haven't made up my mind on this skirt yet, but thought I'd post this for anyone else wavering on whether to get it. The skirt is *shiny* - I thought from the pic it would be more matte, but it's got some serious sheen. It's also not canary yellow - more of a darker mustardy yellow. The lines of the pattern drawing are a purplish blue color like the pic.
It's still pretty cute, and the fit is perfect! I'm 5"10', size 8, and the skirt falls perfectly to my knee. A great skirt for work, especially in the summer (very lightweight fabric, though it's lined). The A-line is so flattering and twirly.
Not sure if it will wrinkle easily - just tried it on out of the box & thought I'd post a warning that the color's not an exact match.
A very cute skirt; I'm just not sure if the color is right for my skin tone (namely, pale), and I was hoping for something closer to the photo. Still might keep it - we'll see!
