not for me I really wanted to like this dress but it just had too much going on and it was too sheer for me to wear to work. The fit is ok, tighter in the bust and not as flattering through the hips September 11, 2012
Hypnotized I was really intrigued when I first saw this piece. I tried it on in my usual size, and it was a little tight going on. I checked to see if I forgot to undo a zipper... nope. It fit fine once on, so I'm guessing XS wasn't made for 34C bust. Regardless, the shape and comfort were great. The biggest problem was the front print. The middle strip reminds me of TV static - it got dizzying after a few seconds, like looking at a magic eye or being hypnotized. The back of the dress is so beautiful, I wish LTD would have made the front to look like the back! All in all, if you love the print, then get your usual size and you won't be disappointed. If you're unsure, stare at the middle strip. September 4, 2012
Cute but Not Lined I tried this dress in stores. I really wanted to like it. I loved the fit - it's very whimsical and reminiscent of Anthropologie dresses. However, the fact that this dress is unlined is a problem. Here's why. The material is light enough that when light shines through in the dressing room, the dress is see-through at the legs. The lovely pieces are sewn in panels and without lining, you can feel the panels more than you normally would. The bet is a nice almost pully-system. It gives more shape to the waist of the dress than it would otherwise have, but you almost need a real skinny belt to give that nice hour glass shape to the dress. August 26, 2012
Adorable dress Love the whimsical prints and colors, and the cut, but this dress is not for bustier girls - it's tight in the chest. I tried going a size up and pulled tight on the belt, but all the extra fabric in the skirt looked frumpy and didn't show off the design of the dress. August 24, 2012
