Great Summer Dress
I was a little nervous buying this dress after reading some of the other reviews on fit. I am 5'3" 135lbs, busty and have wide hips. I ordered a small and it fit me perfectly. It wasn't snug in the bottom, it's flowy and comfortable. I have a small waist so this dress accentuates that perfectly. My only warning is the belt is not adjustable so you should buy the dress based on your waist size. LOVE THIS DRESS :)

The top of this dress was too big and the bottom was a little snug. The pleats on the side were not flattering at all. Unfortunately I had to send this dress back.

Belt is way too small
I ordered this dress in a Medium. My normal dress size at The Limited is 8 or a Medium. The dress was large enough that I had plenty of extra room but the belt was way too small. I got it around my waist but it was so tight it hurt. If the belt was larger the dress would have been cute.

I really wanted to love this :(
I saw this dress and immediately bought it in my usual size Medium. It was too small and the style, even if it had fit, didn't look like it would be flattering.
