Fabulous Dress
I have received many compliments on this dress. Though I am petite, I have wider hips, and I found this dress to be flattering for my figure; it shows off my curves without being too clingy. The belt is a nice accent and doesn't look too cheap, and the material is soft and comfortable. The dress is a bit thin, however, so it won't provide you with much warmth on a frigid day, but when paired with tights and a cute jacket, it makes a wonderful work ensemble. Love it!

Looked great on my hourglass shape
I didn't think that this dress would look good on me, but I tried it at the manager's suggestion. It looked amazing! I was very pleased with how it fit. I am 5'0 and my measurements are about 41-32-41. I fit in a medium and it looked great with another belt that I already have. The belt that it came with was awful and did not close around my waist, so I left it at the store. The skirt is a fuller shape but it did not make me look wider on the bottom. It would have been nice if it had been lined, but they make slips if that is really important for you. Love this dress.

great dress
this dress is fun and professional. I always get lots of compliments when I wear it. The belt was a little small so I had to add a hole to it, other than that I love it!

Adorable Dress!
This dress is adorable! The fit and length are fantastic, even on my 5'1 frame. (It hits right at the middle of my knee and looks great even a bit long) I am usually somewhere between a S and an XS and after reading reviews, decided to go with the XS and it fit perfectly! I have worn it twice so far and have gotten compliments both times. It is really lightweight and very comfortable as well. Win!

Great fit!
I bought this dress as soon as it was available. The fit and cut is great. I agree, though, that for winter it needs a shrug or blazer. The only downside is that the belt is very cheap looking and, at least on the dress I bought, was definitely too short. Pair it with any black, gray, or red skinny already in your closet and you're ready to hit the town.

So Comfortable
I think this is my favorite dress. The jersey is soft and comfortable. I found that a medium for a size 8 fit perfectly well. The belt is a little flimsy, so I usually wear without or wear one that's not a skinny belt. My favorite thin about this dress is that you can wash it without dry cleaning! Definitely would purchase more dresses of similar material.
