I would agree that it is a little scratchy. It is a little see through. But it is really cute under a jacket or maybe going out in the evening. It is a very pretty piece to your wardrobe. I could wear it with a nude bra and be fine or wear a cami under it. Depends on the event.

Weird cut
Sadly, while it was cute in theory I found this top to fit unflatteringly. I have an athletic but hourglass build and a small waist (135lb 5"7, typically XS in tops, drew 4 bottoms). The XS was too tight up top and still had too much fabric pooching out in the waist. The S was ok in the top and extremely billowy in the waist. If you have a very petite top, small rib cage, this might drape on you better, but hourglass figures or those who are busty beware. The top will cling to the bust or shoulders, then fall straight down, making you look like a box. Further, the tank's straps come in pretty far and may make it difficult to wear a standard bra. Would probably need a racerback.

Scratchy and see through
Top is more nude than gold in color, as I'd hoped. It was also very scratchy and even with a cami underneath, I think it would have bothered me. It is definitely very sheer and you need a cami underneath or your bra and pant line will show.

BEAUTIFUL COLOR, GREAT FIT!!
I really don't understand the other reviews that say this top is too sheer. It's not. I'm 58 years old and would never wear anything up top that was too sheer. I put a nude color bra underneath and it looked perfect. The fit is wonderful, not too tight and drapes good across the hip area. I plan on wearing it to LV next month with slinky black pants. Shine on!

Metallic is very cute!!!
This is a cute tank for under a jacket or on it's own, casual. Bought regular size xs and it fit fine. I was worried it would be too sheer, but with a nude bra it is fine.

Itchy
I wanted to like this shirt because it looked very pretty with the metallic circles but, no layer between itchy material and my skin means being scratched to death. I'll pass.

too sheer
I went to the store specifically to buy this top but was disappointed to find out it was sheer. I don't want to wear a cami underneath a tank top, that would be too hot.
