Perfect NYE dress I searched all Black Friday for the perfect NYE in NY dress and this is it. The sequins are not overwhelming or gaudy looking, and I love the fit. It's fitted without being skin-tight, so I don't have to stress about it. The top elastic band was a little big on me... might have been able to go down a size.. but I liked having a little extra room. 5'8", size 8 or 10, bought the medium November 27, 2012
