Finally The Limited has made a pencil skirt that truly fits those of us with a smaller waist and hips! I love that this skirt has an elastic waist, which allows me to wear it at my natural waist, and as a result makes my back side look curvier. I first saw this online, and thought it wouldn't fit me right, as is the case with almost all other Limited pencil skirts. But when I recently went into the store, I tried it on and had to have it!!

Not the Most Comfortable of Fabrics
I actually purchased and returned this item I bought it for a holiday party then decidd to go with the black strapless sequence dress also from the limited. I loved this item but the fabric wasn't very comfortable so I ended up purchasing a dress from the Limited to wear instead.

Great Party wear
Nice party wear, only if the length could have been a little shorter, it would have been perfect for petites. Cant wait to wear it for holidays !

Ok.
The skirts fits nice, but one big problem the waste is a cheap elastic, very, very cheap looking. You must wear an outside shirts orr a belt to cover it. Other than it is a beautiful skirt, very dressy..

Love It!
Based on other reviews, I decided to order a size larger than I normally wear at the Limited. I traditionally am an XS, and decided to go with the S (for reference, I have a 36" hip, 26" waist). I couldn't be happier! The fit is not clingy at all, and the elastic waistband gives me the option of wearing it at my natural waist, or making the skirt low-rise on my hip. I love the quality of the material and the fact that the skirt is lined with a flexible knit fabric. I am sure I will get a lot of wear out of this one-- to the office and beyond!

great party skirt
i love the look of this skirt, and the material is pretty heavy. it's lined, and the sequined layer seems very well made - however the quality overall is a bit less than i expected for a $70 skirt - My first skirt came with top sequined layer inadvertently sewn into the black waistband, causing the lining to stick out... I called and Limited sent out a new one right away (fantastic customer service), and the second one had no problems. The elastic lining and waistband could be a bit more "solid," but overall the fit is great, flattering. i am normally a Limited dress size 4, pant size 4 or 6, and shirt size S -- I ordered a S and it is perfect - a snug fit, which i like

Great skirt!
Great skirt! Bought the black version... Wore with a black v-neck sweater, black tights, & black platforms for a dinner party. Big hit! Fits well. Order your true size. Great for the holidays!

fishing line and
I purchased the blush version of this skirt. The color in person was a little disappointing. The skirt fit fine, I wear a size 0 in TL and I ordered an XS. The real issue was in the quality. Aside from the mediocre structure, my skirt had fishing line sticking out at random. I am weary to trim the line because I don't want to lose any sequins. Instead, I'll be returning this. I just wasn't wowed.
