Casual Sweater
I am between sizes in TL tops and purchased a size S due to this being a thin gauge material (usually the thinner gauge sweaters highlight all the torso flaws I have). The ribbed hem does not have a cinch effect at the waist at all; the sweater hits mid-hip on me. I find 'crewneck' to be a rather creative description also as it is rather large and shows off the clavical bones. I do like the space-dye in classic white and black colors. The space dye has a tweed-like effect. I like to wear this with a pretty scarf in a bright primary color and jeans. It isn't a closet keeper for seasons to come, but it will be ok for warmer, late winter/early spring days when I want to reach for something comfortable and casual that looks good. I use Dryel to clean this sweater and have not had a problem with pilling.

not as it appears
This is a very cute top, but certainly not for cold weather. It doesn't look like in the photo; the sleeves only go just past my elbows. I am not exceptionally tall or long-armed, so as the other reviewer said, that model MUST have some really short arms. Plus I can't figure out exactly why it's called "cinched waist", it isn't cinched anywhere. Quite a bit shorter than it looks too. I wanted some cute sweaters for when it starts getting really cold, so I am taking this back. I recommend only if you aren't shopping for warmth.

Comfortable and soft!
I needed some new sweaters with a little something "extra" and I liked the sleeves on this one. I ordered an XS which is normally my size (5'2" 125 pounds), so it fits nicely but not like the picture. If you want the sleeves to hang like the picture, I'd say buy a size up, or even two, from what you would normally purchase. If you want it to be a little more form fitting and have the sleeves closer to your elbows, then buy your normal size. Also, the girl in the picture must have insanely small arms, because the ends of the sweater are snug around my arms, not hanging loosely open, but that could also be due to the sizing. Personally, I like how it fits on me as an XS. I would definitely buy another color of this sweater if it was available!
