Can I exchange my paper Gift Certificate for a Gift Card?
We are unable to convert paper Gift Certificates to plastic Gift Cards or Virtual Gift Cards.
However, you may redeem paper Gift Certificates online or in-store following our
Gift Certificate Redemption Instructions.
How do I redeem my Gift Card online?
Whether you have a plastic Gift Card or Virtual Gift Card, it’s easier than ever to use The Limited
Gift Cards. Gift Cards are reedemable online, at The Limited store locations, and by phone following
our Gift Card Redemption Instructions.
Does my Gift Card ever expire?
At The Limited, our Gift Cards never expire. Any unused value remains on your Gift Card until you
choose to use it.
How do I check the balance of my Gift Card?
To check the balance of your Gift Card, click here or call 1-877-280-3687.
I believe my Gift Card has been lost or stolen, what should I do?
While The Limited is not responsible for lost or stolen Gift Cards, we may be able to replace it if
you provide the card number. Call us at 1-877-LTD-1963 (1-877-583-1963) to report a lost or stolen
Gift Card.
Can I redeem a Virtual Gift Card in-store?
Virtual Gift Cards can be redeemed at any The Limited store location. Simply print your Virtual Gift
Card and present it to the cashier at the time of purchase. For additional details, please see our
