I've earned 300 reward points, when will my Reward Card arrive in the mail?
Reward Cards take between two to three billing cycles to process and will arrive in the mail separately from your billing statement. For additional information regarding your rewards, please contact The Limited Card customer service at 1-800-888-3257 (TDD/TTY 1-800-695-1788).

How do I upgrade to Couture and what are the benefits?
When you spend $800 using your The Limited Classic Card®, you will be automatically upgraded to Couture. Within one to two billing cycles, a new The Limited Couture Card® will be sent to you along with greater benefits. Our Couture cardholders enjoy free shipping online when using their Couture card, $15 rewards cards for every 250 points earned, a free annual gift and a priority customer service line for expedited service.
