Returns & Exchanges


How and where do I return something?
You may return online purchases through the mail or to any of our Limited store locations. Click here for return instructions. Purchases made in stores can only be returned to store locations. Need more information? Review our complete Return Policy.

Do you honor price adjustments?
We will honor a one-time price adjustment when within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date, unless the original purchase price was a clearance price.

In-store purchases: To obtain a price adjustment on an in-store purchase, please present your original sales receipt to any Limited store within the fourteen (14) day window. Price adjustments for in-store purchases cannot be processed by phone or through thelimited.com. If you are within the deadline, we'll refund you the difference in your original form of payment.

Online purchases: To receive your price adjustment, call 1.800.LTD.1963 within the 14-day window. Your credit will post within 1-2 billing cycles. To obtain a price adjustment on an online purchase, call 1-877-LTD-1963 or e-mail customerservice@thelimited.com within the fourteen (14) day window. Include your order number in your e-mail message. If you are within the deadline, we'll refund you the difference in your original form of payment.
