Can I place an order by phone?

Please have your credit card number, expiration date and item numbers ready when you call.
Are your online prices and sales the same as your in-store prices and sales?
Prices and promotions may vary from online to in-store. The Limited does not match prices from online to in-store.

Does thelimited.com offer gift-wrapping?
Yes. All items in your order that are eligible for gift wrap will be wrapped with tissue paper in a signature
The Limited gift box and tied with a ribbon and gift tag. Certain items are not eligible for gift-wrapping,
including oversized and irregularly shaped items. A personalized message can be included on the packing slip of
any order at no extra charge. Look for the gift wrap option in your shopping bag.
Is my gift packaging refundable?
Gift packaging is not refundable.
How accurate is the color display on the internet?
While we try to display the colors as accurately as possible, please understand that all colors vary slightly
from one computer monitor to another.
