Can I return or exchange a wedding dress?
Yes! We proudly offer free shipping & free returns on all standard domestic wedding dress orders! Wedding dresses can only be returned or exchanged by mail within 90 days of purchase, and cannot be returned or exchanged at any Limited store location. All wedding dresses are delivered with an attached product tag. Please do not remove this tag until you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Once the tag has been removed, the garment is no longer returnable. Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered to receive a refund. Please allow 10-14 days for your return to be processed. Can I return or exchange a bridesmaid dress?

How early should I order my dress to ensure it arrives in time for my event?
Wedding Dresses and bridesmaid dresses are shipped at our standard rates and timeframes, and you may also select expedited shipping if you’d like to receive your dress earlier. For additional details, please see our Shipping Rates and Timeframes. We suggest you place your order at least 8 to 12 weeks in advance of your event to allow time for you to get any necessary alterations at your tailor. Please note that The Limited does not provide dress alterations.

How will my wedding dress arrive?
Your wedding dress will arrive perfectly packaged in custom box, secured on a hanger and accompanied by a garment bag and our inscription card wishing you the best of luck on your very special day.

Can I order fabric swatches?
Fabric swatches for wedding dresses and bridesmaid dresses are not available for order, but please see our Fabric Guide for details about each fabric. If you have additional questions, please call us at 1-800-LTD-1963 (1-877-583-1963) to get a description of the fabric.

Can I put bridesmaid dresses on hold?
Due to the exclusivity of our product, we are unable to place any online merchandise on hold.
