How do I apply my promo code from a coupon?
You will be able to enter in your promo code at the start of the Checkout process. When ready to checkout, click VIEW BAG. Review all the items you’ve added to Your Shopping Bag and apply any promo code or The Limited Card® Rewards to your order on the page that appears.
Here’s how: In the box named PROMOTIONAL CODES, click to select type of code you’d like to apply. Now enter your code and click APPLY. The ORDER SUBTOTAL amount will change as your coupon is applied to your order immediately.
Can I apply multiple coupons to an order?
While each coupon or promotion is specific in its offer, the majority cannot be combined with other promotions, coupons, offers or events. For full details, please see the offer’s disclaimer.
Why won’t my promotion code work?
Promo codes always contain qualifiers, including expiration dates. Not all promo codes are valid online, and some may only be valid on original ticket priced merchandise. Please also verify that you have entered the code correctly, reached the required pre-tax total or number of items, or any of the conditions that specifically apply to the promotion. If the code still doesn’t work, call us at 1-877-LTD-1963 (1-877-583-1963).

How do I stop receiving email, mailings and coupons from The Limited?
You may call us at 1-877-LTD-1963 (1-877-583-1963) or email us your request if you do not wish to be contacted via email, direct mail and/or telephone. Please provide your exact name and postal or email address so that we may identify you accurately. Please note the process to remove you from marketing lists can take some time.
EMAIL: You may “unsubscribe” from our email list by using the link provided at the bottom of each email. It may take up to 5-7 days to process your “unsubscribe“ request.
MAILINGS AND COUPONS: It may take up to 8 weeks to process your “do not mail” request because mailings are planned long in advance.
What are Virtual Dollars™ and how do they work?
During a determined limited period, one $25 Virtual Dollars™ coupon is awarded for each merchandise purchase of $50 and more (pre-tax). During the earning period, the Virtual Dollars™ coupon(s) awarded with your purchase will be attached to the store receipt or included in your online order.
Occasionally, The Limited offers double Virtual Dollars™ during the earnings period and you’ll receive two coupons for each merchandise purchase of $50 and more!
Each $25 Virtual Dollars™ coupon is good for $25 off a $50 pre-tax purchase during a redemption period. To redeem Virtual Dollars in store, present at the register with the original receipt or packing slip. For online redemption instructions, please click here.
Do you offer discounts for students, teachers, or military personnel?
Yes! Students, educators, and military personnel receive 15% off every purchase made at any The Limited store location – just show us your school or military I.D.! Visit our Store Locator to find a store near you. This offer is valid in stores only and cannot be combined with other coupons when redeemed at the cash register.
