Where is my nearest The Limited store located?
To find your nearest store, please visit our store locator.
I've forgotten my password, how do I get a new one?
Go to Account Sign In. On the right of the screen under Returning Customer click FORGOT PASSWORD,
and we will e-mail your password to the e-mail address associated with your account.
Why is my item on backorder?
Items that are not available to ship when an order is placed are on backorder and may ship at a later date.
While your credit card will be authorized on the date your order is placed, the charge will not go through
until the item is shipped. Please be aware that backorders do take longer than other items to process. We
will inform you by e-mail once your item has been processed. If we are unable to fulfill your backorder, we
will send you an order cancellation notice by e-mail.
