Using a Coupon or Special Offers Online

Not all coupons and special offers are valid online. For terms and conditions, please refer to the disclaimer information associated with each coupon or offer.

To use a coupon or special offer, locate the promotional code and follow the steps below:

  1. Make your selections and add them to your shopping bag.
  2. Go to your Shopping Bag.
  3. Toward the bottom of the Shopping Bag, enter the promotional code (ring code or online promotional code) in the Promotional Code box.
  4. Click Apply and your special offer will automatically be applied to your order.

Please note that you may only use one code per order. In the event of technical issues, we reserve the right to suspend or cancel online redemption of coupons and special offers.

Redeeming Virtual Dollars

Virtual Dollars can be redeemed online or in-store on eligible purchases made during the redemption period noted on the back of the coupon.

Redeeming Online
To redeem Virtual Dollars online, find the online code located on each coupon and follow the steps detailed below:

  1. Make your selections and add them to your shopping bag.
  2. Go to your Shopping Bag.
  3. Toward the bottom of the Shopping Bag, click the link to redeem Virtual Dollars. If you are eligible to redeem multiple Virtual Dollars based on your pre-tax order total, multiple fields will appear.
  4. Enter the online code in the field(s) provided.
  5. Click Apply and your discount will automatically be applied to your order.

Please note that each Virtual Dollar online code can be used only once. Due to this offer not being combinable with other coupons or offers, the Promotion Code box will disappear when Virtual Dollars are redeemed.

Redeeming In-Store
Virtual Dollars can be redeemed in all The Limited store locations during the redemption period noted on the back of
the coupon. Coupon must be surrendered at the time of purchase and accompanied by original receipt or packing slip.
