If you prefer to mail in your order, you can do so in three simple steps:

  1. Print the order form provided.
  2. Fill in your order.
  3. Mail it to us at the address below:

Orders will be processed within five to seven business days of receipt at our customer service center. If you provide an e-mail address, you will receive an e-mail confirmation in your inbox when the order is entered into our system.
