Redeeming Paper Gift Certificates

We still have plenty of old-school paper Gift Certificates floating out there, so if you have one of these relics, please follow the redemption instructions below. Our Gift Certificates are paper and therefore, not electronically traceable. If you have a plastic Gift Card or Virtual Gift Card, please see our Gift Card Redemption Instructions.

Redeeming Online
For all online redemptions, original Gift Certificates must be mailed to the address listed below. Since they are not electronically traceable, we recommend that all paper certificates are mailed via a traceable carrier as The Limited cannot replace lost or stolen Gift Certificates.

1. Place your order by calling our Customer Service Center toll free at 1-877-LTD-1963 (1-877-583-1963). Use a major credit card to secure the inventory for your order.
2. After you have placed your order, mail the original Gift Certificate to the address listed above.
3. Once your original Gift Certificate is received, your credit card will be reimbursed for the amount of the Gift Certificate.

Redeeming In-Store
To redeem your Gift Certificate at The Limited store locations, the paper certificate must be present at the time of purchase.

1. Present your Gift Certificate to the cashier at the time of purchase.
2. If there is a remaining balance, you will be given a new plastic Gift Card for the remaining value.
