How to Return/Exchange an Item
Online
When making a return or exchange through the mail, simply follow the instructions on the back of the packing slip that was included with your order.
OPTION 1
- Complete the return and exchange form on the back of the packing slip.
- Repack the merchandise with the original packing materials and enclose your completed return and exchange form.
- Affix the pre-paid SmartLabel from the front of your packing slip onto your return package.
- Drop the package in the U.S. mail, give it to your mail carrier, or take it to the Post Office. The cost of SmartLabel return shipping, $5.95, will be deducted from your refund, or charged to the credit card on file in the case of an even exchange.
OPTION 2
- Complete the return and exchange form on the back of the packing slip.
- Repack the merchandise with the original packing materials. Enclose your completed return and exchange form, and address the package to the following address:

- Packages must be returned prepaid using an insured shipping method; we cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
In-Store
If you prefer, you may bring your order, the packing slip that came with the order and the credit card used for the purchase to any Limited store location to make your return or exchange in person. A valid ID including a state-issued ID or Driver's License, Canadian ID, Military ID or Passport is required for all returns and exchanges made in store. Shipping and gift wrap fees will not be refunded.
