Return Policy
- Purchases made online at thelimited.com may be returned or exchanged either by mail or at any The Limited store location. See our Store Locator.
- Purchases made at any of The Limited store locations must cannot be returned by mail and must be returned to a store.
- Final Sale merchandise is not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- Washed or worn merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.
- All returns and exchanges must be made within 90 days of purchase.
Returning Online Purchases By Mail
Purchases made online may be returned by mail. Please note that a confirmation e-mail does not replace a packing slip as proof of purchase.
With an original packing slip
We will gladly accept exchanges of equal or greater value. We will also accept up to five returns or exchanges of lesser value in a 90
day period. We will honor the return or exchange in the like manner that the merchandise was purchased. If your purchase was made using
a Gift Card that you no longer have, please contact us at 1-877-LTD-1963 (1-877-583-1963) or e-mail customerservice@thelimited.com.
Without an original packing slip
We will issue a merchandise exchange or merchandise credit for the current selling price.
Returning Purchases In-Store
Purchases made online and in-store may be returned in any The Limited store location. A valid ID (US state issued ID or Drivers License (DL), Canadian DL, Military ID or Passport) is required for all returns and exchanges. We electronically secure your information solely for the purpose of returns management.
With an original receipt or packing slip
We will gladly accept exchanges of equal or greater value. We will also accept up to five returns or exchanges
of lesser value in a 90 day period and we will honor the return or exchange in the like manner that the merchandise
was purchased. An exchange or merchandise credit will be issued for returns accompanied by a gift receipt. A gift
receipt only serves as documentation of the purchase price.
Without an original receipt or packing slip
We will gladly accept up to $300 in non-receipted returns or exchanges in a 90-day period. We will issue a merchandise
exchange or merchandise credit for the current selling price.
