Return OR Exchange Online Purchases by Mail
Purchases made online may be returned or exchanged by mail following the instructions listed below and on the back of the packing slip included with your order. The Limited will accept your return or exchange of unworn, unwashed, unaltered merchandise within 90 days of the original purchase. Please allow 10-14 days for your return to be processed. Items purchased in-store are not eligible for return by mail. The Limited is not responsible for customer returns that are not received.
Please note that Final Sale merchandise is not eligible for return or exchange. Gift Wrap charges and any shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. The Limited reserves the right to change this Returns and Exchanges Policy at any time.
Returns with an original packing slip

Returns without an original packing slip
We will issue a merchandise exchange or merchandise credit for the current selling price. Please note that a confirmation e-mail does not replace a packing slip as proof of purchase.
RETURN OR EXCHANGE WEDDING DRESSES BY MAIL
Wedding dresses can only be returned or exchanged by mail within 90 days of purchase. Dresses must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered to receive a refund. All wedding dresses are delivered with an attached product tag. Please do not remove this tag until you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Once the tag has been removed, the garment is no longer returnable. Returns or exchanges made with the original packing slip will be refunded in the original tender. Returns or exchanges without the original packing slip will be refunded at the current selling price in the form of a merchandise credit. Please allow 10-14 days for your return to be processed. Final Sale wedding dresses cannot be returned or exchanged in stores or online.
Return or Exchange Purchases In-Store
Purchases made online (excluding Wedding Dresses and Online Exclusive merchandise) and in-store may be returned at any of The Limited store locations. Visit our Store Locator to find a store nearest you.
The Limited will accept your return or exchange of unworn, unwashed, unaltered merchandise within 90 days of the original purchase. Merchandise may be returned or exchanged at any of The Limited store locations, with the exception of select merchandise explicitly noted as an Online Exclusive (these items may only be returned by mail).

Purchases made with a check may be returned after 10 days from the original purchase date. Merchandise may be exchanged before the end of the 10 day waiting period for the same color and size only.
Returns with an original packing slip
We will gladly accept returns or exchanges in a 90 day period and we will honor the return or exchange in the like manner that the merchandise was purchased. An exchange or merchandise credit will be issued for returns accompanied by a gift receipt. A gift receipt only serves as documentation of the purchase price. Please note that a confirmation e-mail does not replace your packing slip as a proof of purchase for online orders.
Returns without an original receipt or packing slip
We will issue a merchandise exchange or merchandise credit for the current selling price within a 90-day period.
RETURN/EXCHANGE GIFTS
If you have received a gift from The Limited that you would like to return, please include the packing slip for returns by mail or present the gift receipt for an in-store return. Because a gift receipt only serves as a documentation of the purchased price, a The Limited Gift Card will be issued to the gift recipient for the amount of the returned merchandise. If no gift receipt or packing slip is present, the item will be returned for current selling price in the form of merchandise credit.
Price Adjustments
For purchases made online and in The Limited store locations, we will honor a one-time price adjustment for regular priced merchandise within fourteen days of the purchase date unless the original price was a sale, markdown, or final sale price. If you are eligible for a price adjustment, the difference will be refunded in the original form of payment. Credits will post within 1-2 billing cycles.
