I love this color! I had been eyeing this blazer up for weeks and was so stoked when they finally had my size! I love the color and the fit is a little big because it feels more cottony than the tighter fabric of a professional dress jacket. But regardless, I love this item and would in a heart beat recommend it to someone! April 18, 2014
Color depends on your screen The color has been debated about this jacket.... on my screen it was very similar to the color received - may have been slightly more Teal, and less Aqua in person - but I really think it has to do with how your display shows the color. The difference is really insignificant in my opinion from the picture to the actual item. There is a thin shoulder pad inside the lining on this jacket, but it did not make me look bulky and I would say I already have shoulders and arms that are more on the manly side - I'm very cautious of extra fabric/padding in those areas. I will be pairing this jacket most often with a yellow, orange or pink top and khakis. March 8, 2014
Beautiful Blue This jacket was a pleasant surprise. I expected the color to be more subdued like the picture but it is actually a bright marine/aqua blue that will be great for spring and summer. The fit is nice too, less boxy than the 2-button OBRs from last season. It's long sleeved but lightweight enough that I will get tons of us out it. So excited to add this to my collection for a pop of color this spring. February 28, 2014
Gorgeous Jacket I just received this jacket and it's beautiful! I must disagree with the previous review about the color. The color of the jacket is EXACTLY as it appears on- line. Stunning! February 27, 2014
Blue of a Different Hue Although I think this jacket is well made and flattering and fits the OBR mold, it's color left me feeling just a bit blue. I love the fact that it is long sleeves, which appear to be a rarity in the soft jacket line, but I am torn about the color. I was expecting an aqua blue like pictured, but the blue appears to have more green in it and I found the color hard to complement with any other pieces in the new line. All of the other blues swing in an entirely different direction and I only see black and white as a compliment to this blue. I like the b/w striped lining but in the end I decided to return this jacket to the store and get one of the other new style soft jackets because these jackets are awesome. Since this jacket is an online exclusive, you can only check out the color if you order online, or visit the store in Illinois where I returned the jacket. It's the only blue of its kind in the store! February 23, 2014

Thank you for the great question! Yes, this jacket is the perfect weight for spring into early summer -- not too heavy, but still substantial enough. Enjoy!

Yes, it is definitely light enough to wear in the Spring and it's soft material makes it easy to push up the sleeves. I love the long sleeves which can be easily rolled or pushed up if the weather is warm. I have similar jackets from other seasons and I do wear these in the Spring and the Fall as well as the Winter months. It can probably be worn on cool Summer Days as well.

I think so. It has a lining but the overall jacket is cotton so very breathable and the material isn't as heavy or thick as the OBR jackets from last season.

I would say this is definitely a light-weight blazer. It is fully lined in poly, so it won't breathe great like it would if it was just the cotton/spandex outer material, but both layers are relatively thin. I'll be wearing this for bus-cas in FL spring/summer.

I live in GA and I think it is a great spring jacket. It is not too heavy and the shorter sleeves are great.

The website and tag both say dry clean, but in my opinion the jersey outer fabric any poly inner lining could stand up to machine washing inside out on gentle or hand-wash settings, and hanging to dry. I always send my jackets to the dry cleaner because it's just easier than trying to press them myself, so I haven't attempted this method, just think it could work based on my experience with similar fabrics.
