Wanted to love it I ordered this dress online and just received it. I got it in the powder blue color, which is as expected and really nice. Unfortunately the dress looks awful on me. I am smaller on top with a defined waist and bigger hips and this dress just made me look fat and lumpy. (I'm a size 4 and got the small, which was both too big and too small at the same time). I'm not sure if it's the cut or the fabric, but just no no no. I tried pairing it with a belt, but that just made it worse. The sleeves are a bit square and hang funny. This style usually works great for me, so not sure what went wrong here. I wanted to love it, I really did. But pear-shaped girls beware, this might not be the best fit for you. All Around Nice I have this dress in red and this nice blue. I absolutely love the fit and how functional this dress can go from day to evening wear. Perfect for office, church, girl's outing, shopping, lunch date...and so much more! I am definitely contemplating purchasing other colors. March 4, 2014
Versatile I bought this dress in red, pink and turquoise and I can't wait to wear it this spring. It's dressy enough to wear to work with heels and jewelry, and comfortable and casual enough to wear on the weekend with ballet flats. I recently had a baby and it disguises the extra pounds I'm still carrying in my lower stomach. For reference, I'm 5'5" and about 150 lbs, and I got size medium. I almost bought it in the blue color too, but I'm glad I waited to see it in person - the campaign calls it "powder blue" (although I see that the color actually says "vista"), but it's more what I'd call dusty blue - darker than I would prefer.
