Market Manager (MM):
Responsible for 3-5 store locations, including managing all General Managers and overseeing store operations to achieve sales, credit, client satisfaction and profitability goals.
DISTRICT Manager (DM):
Responsible for operationalizing brand strategies to drive growth and increase client and associate satisfaction, as well as brand loyalty across multiple stores.
REGIONAL DIRECTOR (RD):
Responsible for executing the overall brand and field strategy. Also maximizes business and client satisfaction across multiple districts.
