How can I track my order?
Order tracking is available for orders placed online within the last 30 days. To track your order, enter your order number and zip code in the Order Tracking area of the Log In page. Once your order is displayed, click on your order number. If your order number is not highlighted in blue, order tracking is not yet available.

I've forgotten my password; how do I get a new one?
Go to Account Log In. Click Forgot Password, and we will email instructions on how to reset your password to the email address associated with your account.
The item I’m looking for is out-of-stock; how can I find it?
Your local store will be able to help locate merchandise within a determined radius. We are currently unable to ship to customers from our stores or to transfer goods between stores. For further questions, please contact us at 1-877-LTD-1963 (1-877-583-1963).
Why is my item on backorder?
Items that are not available to ship when an order is placed are on backorder and may ship at a later date. While your credit card will be authorized on the date your order is placed, the charge will not go through until the item is shipped. Please be aware that backorders do take longer than other items to process. We will inform you by email once your item has been processed. If we are unable to fulfill your backorder, we will send you an order cancellation notice by email within 30 days.
How can I be added/removed from promotional distribution or update my address/email address for coupons or offers?
To add, remove or update your information with our marketing department, please email us with your request, including your mailing address and/or email address.
